The rigid header of stripping type is intended for gathering of all headed grain and headings, fodder and medical grass seeds by direct combining.

Working principle
The working principle of the cutter involves the threshing of growing plants by their stripping with stripper fingers arranged on the stripping cylinder of the cutter. Therewith the plant footstalk is trapped by stripper fingers and stretched through the gap between their teeth, being out of grain (seeds).
Thus forming the grain mass containing 80% of loose grain grains (seeds) by the action of inertia and air flow moves to auger conveyor and feed elevator, moves to a threshing mill for final re-milling and separation.

La segadora del tipo de agramar está diseñada para cosechar todos los cultivos de espigas y cereales en panícula, semillas de forrajes y hierbas medicinales usando cosechadora directa.

Principio de funcionamiento
El principio de funcionamiento de la segadora consiste en trillar las plantas en pie agramándolas con peines ubicados en el tambor de agramado de la segadora.
En este caso el tallo de la planta será capturado por los peines y tendido por el espacio entre sus dientes, liberándose del grano (semillas). La masa de grano resultante, constituida en el 80% por grano libre (semillas), bajo la acción de la inercia y el flujo de aire se trasladará al tornillo sin fín y con la cámara inclinada se trasladará a la trilla de la cosechadora para su trituración final y separación.
